We ship nationwide across Malaysia, and to selected international destinations. Orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Kuala Lumpur, usually within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery times
Peninsular Malaysia
Standard courier delivery. Free for orders above the advertised minimum; otherwise a flat rate is applied at checkout.
Sabah & Sarawak
Delivered via our courier partners. Remote areas may require additional transit time.
International
Available to selected countries. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is handed to the courier you will receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can also follow your order any time from your account.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and the courier service selected. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm payment — we never add charges afterwards.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is delayed, damaged in transit, or arrives incomplete, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
